COMPLETION: Prototype

AWI SCOPE: Steel volumetric modular multifamily housing project designed to respond to the need for more durable housing delivered at speed.

TOTAL AREA / HEADCOUNT: 12 dwelling units and 15 prefab modules, the stack uses a point access stair to create entry lobbies at each level for 4 units. The 12PLEX can be replicated depending on site constraints to scale to meet development demands.

SUSTAINABILITY NOTES: The design focuses on a fully non-combustable building product with finish integrated cladding systems to minimize ongoing maintenance costs. The use of metal volumetric modules and other non-combustable site built elements reduces ongoing insurance costs by an estimated 30-40%.
